How to Set Up IPcook ISP Proxies

Step 1. Visit the official IPcook website. Sign up for a new account or log in with your existing credentials to access the dashboard.

Step 2. Click the Top Up button in the top right corner to add funds to your account balance. Make sure you have sufficient balance to cover your intended ISP proxy plan.

Step 3. Navigate to the ISP section from the left menu. Select your target Location, the number of IPs you need, and your preferred usage Period, then click Buy Now to complete the purchase.

Step 4. Switch to the My Proxy tab under the ISP section to locate your active proxy line. Copy or note down your IP details, including the IP, Port, Username, and Password, so you have them ready for the DuoPlus configuration in the next section.

How to Configure a Proxy in DuoPlus Cloud Phone

With the IPcook proxy details at hand, it is time to configure them in the DuoPlus cloud phone. There are several ways to add proxies to DuoPlus. Just read on to pick the one that best suits your workflow.

1. Add a Single Proxy

Step 1

Log in to the DuoPlus Dashboard, then navigate to Proxies → Add.

Step 2

Enter your purchased IPcook proxy information, including the Host, Port, Username, and Password. Click Check Proxy to verify the connection. Once the proxy passes the verification, click Save.

Supported Proxy Types – HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5
Host – Proxy IP address (for example, 1.2.3.4)
Port – Proxy port (for example, 8001)
Username – Proxy username
Password – Proxy password

Method 1: Manual Entry

If your proxy credentials are:

socks5://147.189.19.83:36001:username:password

Enter them as follows:

Method 2: Quick Paste

You can also paste the entire proxy string directly into the input box where you input your IP or Domain. DuoPlus will automatically recognize and populate all required fields.

2. Batch Add Proxies

Step 1

Log in to the DuoPlus Dashboard, then navigate to Proxies → Batch Add.

Step 2

Upload all purchased proxy information, including the Host, Port, Username, and Password, to the proxy list. Then click Check to verify the proxies before saving.

There are two ways to bulk add proxies:

Method 1: Manual Entry

Follow the format shown in the example on the left and paste multiple proxy entries into the input box.

After all proxies have been added, click Check.

Method 2: Import from Excel

Download the Excel template. Fill in the required proxy information.

Import the completed template.

Click Check to verify all proxies. After all proxies pass verification, click Save.

3. Initialize Proxy

After purchasing a DuoPlus Cloud Phone, you'll automatically be redirected to the Initialize Proxy page. You can also initialize a proxy at any time by selecting Initialize Proxy from the Cloud Phone management page.

All previously added proxies will be displayed in the list. Simply select the proxy you want to use to complete the initialization.

You can also customize additional device parameters. If you leave them unchanged, DuoPlus will automatically generate appropriate settings based on the selected proxy IP.

4. Power On

Once the proxy has been initialized successfully, return to the Cloud Phone management page and click Power On to launch your cloud phone.
