How to Set Up a Single Proxy in Hidemyacc

To start using proxies with the Hidemyacc antidetect browser, follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Step 1. Download and Log In to Hidemyacc

First, if you do not have Hidemyacc yet, download and install it on your device. Then launch the application and log in to your Hidemyacc account. If you don't have an account, click Register here to create one.

Step 2. Create a New Profile

In the main window, click Create a new profile.

Then you’ll see the NEW PROFILE pop-up window. Give your new profile a name.

From here, select the operating system and browser for the profile. Hidemyacc recommends choosing an operating system that matches your actual device. You can also adjust the remaining browser fingerprint settings as needed. We’ll leave the other settings at their defaults in this tutorial.

Step 3. Open the Proxy Settings

After completing the basic profile details, move to the Proxy section. Select Your Proxy to add a proxy from your proxy provider.

Step 4. Enter Your Proxy Details

Choose the proxy protocol from the Connection type options to match your provider. For IPcook, select HTTP or SOCKS5, then enter the host, port, username, and password. If you don't have your proxy details yet, it's time to get them based on the proxy type you prefer.

Generate Your Rotating Residential Proxies

Log in to your IPcook account, open Residential, and go to Proxy Generator. Choose your target country or city, select HTTP or SOCKS5, and choose the rotation mode that fits your task.

Next, select your sub-account and configure the remaining proxy settings. Below, you will find the generated proxy credentials, including the host, port, username, and password. Keep this information ready for the next step.

Get Your Static ISP or Datacenter Proxies

If you need a fixed IP instead, you can use IPcook ISP or datacenter proxies. Both support HTTP and SOCKS5 and come with unlimited bandwidth.

After purchasing your proxies, open My Proxy in the IPcook dashboard. Your proxy IP address, port, username, and password will be ready to use.

Step 5. Check the Proxy

Once you’re done, click Create to save the profile.

The created profile will appear in the profile list. Click Run next to it to launch the browser with your IPcook proxy active.

How to Add Multiple Proxies in Hidemyacc

If you manage several browser profiles, Proxy Manager lets you save multiple proxies and reuse them when assigning proxies to profiles. Here's how to do it:

Step 1. Add Multiple Proxies to Proxy Manager

Launch Hidemyacc and go to Proxy Manager in the left sidebar. Then click Add Proxy.

Before proceeding, prepare your proxy list in the IP:Port:Username:Password format, with one proxy per line. You can easily get the list from your IPcook dashboard, ready to copy or download.

Paste the proxy list into the box. You can also add tags, expiration dates, and notes for easier management. Once everything is ready, click Add.

Step 2. Create Multiple Profiles With Saved Proxies

Once your proxies are saved, you can use them directly when creating multiple browser profiles.

Click the Create Multiple Profiles icon next to New Profile.

In the Create Multiple Profiles window, enter the number of profiles you want to create and add one profile name per line. You can also adjust the operating system, browser, and other profile settings if needed.

Next, open the Proxy section and click the Proxy Manager icon on the right.

Hidemyacc will display the proxies you previously saved in Proxy Manager. Select the proxies you want to assign to the new profiles.
